Our Services
We deliver a full spectrum of rail services including design, procurement, definition study, maintenance, constructability and delivery of rail infrastructure.
Construction
Taylor Rail has been building significant Australian rail infrastructure since the early 1970s, constructing the 57km Bell Bay railway line and then onto the challenging 1 in 8 rack-rail line in the Snowy Mountains for the Perisher Ski Tube in the mid 1980s; Taylor Rail has always been up to the challenge.
Today, Taylor Rail has diversified to be able to design and construct rail infrastructure projects that include signalling, OHLE, intermodals, port upgrades, level crossing grade separations, mainline passing loops and straight track, rail bridges, rail siding upgrades and rail terminals.
Our self perform approach where we utilise our specialist plant, experienced people and rail-relevant systems mean that we repeatedly bring value to our clients.
Notable recent projects include the full civil, rail, and services scope for the major upgrade of the Parkes Phase 2 Terminal in Parkes, NSW; complete rail and overhead traction works for the $1.1 billion MRPA Level Crossing Removal Program in Melbourne, Victoria; and rail and civil works on the Joppa North SHOO Project for Abergeldie and ARTC in NSW.
